If you feel a sense that mindfulness is for you, or that I am a teacher you feel safe with, you may like to sign up to a small group 4-week course. These will be limited to 8 or fewer participants. Your camera can be on or off. The course will be an introductory course using short practices to discover what helps you and how to know when to stop. It will use a wide range of practices for us all to experiment with.

The cost will be £60 for 4 weeks. But if this is too much for you, please feel free to pay a donation instead. If you feel able to make an additional donation above this cost, that would also be welcomed.
