COURSE INTRODUCTION

This series looks at habits – how they are formed and how to help ourselves towards better ways of living. We experiment with seeing more of what we don’t notice, and how this helps with habits.

Feel free to read the words and try out the invitations, or use the audio and video guided practices. You can print off the tick chart pdf and complete it, to help keep track of what you are finding useful.

In out-of-the-way places of the heart,
Where your thoughts never think to wander,
This beginning has been quietly forming,
