FINDING YOUR FEET

COURSE INTRODUCTION

This course is 7 days of experiments with feeling into your feet, and how this helps us to get a sense of steadiness.

Feel free to read the words and try out the invitations, or use the audio and video guided practices. There are teaching clips to explain in a bit more detail why the feet and ‘grounding’ might help. You can print off the tick chart pdf and fill it in, to help keep track of what you are finding useful.

Use as much or as little feels helpful.
