
SITTING MEDITATION
These recordings are from the traditional, structured 8-week course (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). Feel free to try them out. They explore experiences arising in the body, such as the feel of the breath, and other body sensations, sounds and thoughts. Then there’s a time at the end to simply notice the coming and going of everything. They are recorded as 3 separate parts, and you can do just one or one after the other.
If you find them unhelpful or triggering, it’s fine to stop and try something else.
