
WALKING MEDITATION
This is a traditional practice that helps us to feel grounded, by using the sensation of contact between the feet and the floor.
The audios offer guidance about how to do this. You can practise in silence. Or if you would prefer some company, you may want to use the video, even though you probably won’t be looking at it while you walk.
There is also an emergency walking practice, to help on a difficult day. It was choppy weather on the day I recorded it (which seemed appropriate). So you will have lots of ‘weather’ noises to listen to from my end, as well as everything I invite you to listen to at your end!
