Mindfulness is NOT just about the breath. But if the breath feels scary, it can keep us a bit trapped as we try to avoid it. This course explores ways to edge towards the breath at your own pace, and explains why the breath can be so horrid for some of us and so helpful for others.

Feel free to read the words and try out the invitations, or use the audio and video guided practices. Remember you can stop at any time. Making ourselves feel unsettled is not helpful, and stopping is an act of self-kindness.

You can print off the tick chart and fill it in to help keep track of what you are finding useful.

Use as much or as little feels helpful.
